generational trauma

Healing Inherited Trauma (H.I.T) Program

The latest studies in genetics suggest that the effects of cultural trauma can be transmitted intergenerationally from parents to offspring, or even to later generations.

Epigenetics has been described as the means through which environmental influences play a role in directing transcriptional activity and influencing the expression or suppression of genes.

With this in mind, the Heal Inherited Trauma (H.I.T) was developed.

The H.I.T Program focuses on healing inherited trauma.

This programs is offered to individuals as well as a training for practitioners to offer to their clients.

H.I.T (Individual Program)

This is an intense 2.5 weeks workshop where the client meets with a mentor twice a week for a 1 hour session.  The number of sessions may vary from 4 to 6 sessions depending on the client's progress.

Focusing on healing from what the client may consider generational trauma.  We guide the client to self-analyze their reactions or responses to specific situations.

Once we get to know the client in their habitual context, we work on identifying the trauma and the post-traumatic behavioral response during a physical, emotional, spiritual and mental crisis.

The healing process begins by being in the present and traveling back in time into our past generations by gathering information about our ancestors such as our great grandparents and grand parents.   We identify traumatic events and make the connection from previous generations establishing a path that brings us to the present day.

We begin the process of restoring our mind, body and spirit when our client is ready for the intervention, we provide them with guidance, emotional support, coaching and empathy during their healing journey where they learn how to release and let go of what they have identified as roadblocks in their path to success.

The H.I.T Program (For Practitioners)

This is a 6 week program with class instruction twice a week for 1.5-2 hrs each session for a total of 12 sessions.

In combination with live classes, home work and reading assignments, it amounts to a total of 24 hours of course work

At the end of the course, the participant will earn a certificate of completion from Creative Neuroconcepts.

This program equips practitioners with the most up-to-date information and research in cultural trauma and epigenetic inheritance in order to assist their client in trauma healing.

Method of  Instruction:

Combination of video instruction, practical exercises, home work, team activities and Live Zoom Meetings.
