Johan is a 14-year Army veteran Staff Sergeant and the founder of Creative Neuroconcepts.
He holds a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior with a minor in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of Phi Delta Epsilon fraternity. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer under NASM and a Genetic Based Fitness Coach under ISSA.
His military medical training includes nursing and occupational therapy. He currently holds an occupational therapy license and is certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
In 2019, Johan utilized his knowledge and expertise in Neuroscience and experience in Occupational Therapy to design and develop two holistic mental health programs (Warrior Fitness Program and BASICS for Army Leaders) that focuses on minimizing combat and operational stress reactions, optimizes mental, physical, emotional and spiritual fitness and restores the service member to optimal performance.
He also established the first Combat & Operational Stress Control Training Center in Camp Buehring, Kuwait that trains and educates service members from all service branches and leaders in mental health.
In both deployments, Johan was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for his contribution in mental health.

Dhiny is a native from La Romana, Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States in 1989 at the age of 4. He graduated From Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. A few years after graduating from college he returned to South Florida and began working in social service. First as a medication technician at an Alzheimer’s specific assisted living facility and then as a Medicaid-Medicare case manager.
A few years later he enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve as a behavioral health Technician. After his completion of Basic training and Advanced Individual training, he began his career in the field of re-entry.
Dhiny worked as pre-release re-entry case manager inside a Florida prison for nearly four years. He facilitated CBT based curriculum as well as developed comprehensive transition plans for individuals releasing from the facility. He helped develop the first Reentry Employment department within a local workforce board and a correctional facility in the state of Florida in 2016.
Since then, he has deployed twice to Kuwait and Iraq and has been exposed to various forms of cognitive based treatment and behavioral health providers. Additionally, he has been instrumental in establishing behavioral health outreach to Soldiers in need in the deployed environment. His extensive work in all mentioned area has exposed him to numerous populations. He is a firm believer in second chances and honoring those that have fought to make our world a better place.
